Forestview scored the first touchdown and never looked back as they defeated Sweetwater in Pop Warner Junior Midget action! Sweetwater struggled to stop Forestview’s offense throughout the entire game. FVAA’s Head Coach, Chris, could not have been prouder of his team’s effort. Coach Chris stated, “one of our strengths is that the defense is flying to the ball.” Forestview controlled the line of scrimmage allowing Sweetwater minimum yardage. The defense forced numerous turnovers, pushed Sweetwater’s offensive line behind the line of scrimmage, and allowed for minimum yardage on plays. Some of FVAA’s key players include No. 17 Tyree Saunders, No. 28 Carlmani Surrency, No. 1 Chris’ton Johnson, No. 15 Derron Beck, and No. 8 Simmons.

In terms of Sweetwater’s performance, quarterback Antonio Marshall threw several accurate passes. In order to competitive in next week’s game Sweetwater needs to work on their offensive line as well as their ball protection. What we do know is that Sweetwater has a long history of domination and wins, with that being said we look forward to next week’s action.
