Middle School Football Power Rankings & Previews 10/20/15

Check out the Middle School Football Power Rankings & Previews of Week #6!

  1. Matthew Gilbert (4-0)– The Panthers rolled past Butler last week, setting up a key matchup with Highlands this week. If they win this game the region will be theres to control.
  2. Fletcher- (5-0) – A huge game today in Middle School features Fletcher and Landmark. Both undefeated!
  3. Oceanway(4-1)- .The Bucs got huge win over Highlands last week. Now they must root for Highlands against Gilbert, ironically the team that gave them their only loss of the year.
  4.  Landmark( 5-0)- The Seahawks face their toughest test of the year as they go toe to toe with Fletcher. After weeks of taking care of business against teams like Ft. Caroline last week, the Seahawks get to prove they belong in the elite conversation.
  5. Highlands (3-1) – It was a tough loss for this team. They may have been to focused on Gilbert and overlooked a very good Oceanway team. But that doesn’t matter now, all that matters is defeating Gilbert today!
  6. Twin Lakes( 3-1)-  Twin Lakes and Landon will face off in a pivotal game to decide the south region today.
  7. .Mandarin- (2-2) – After the bye, Mandarin gets a nice tune up with Darnell Cookman
  8.  Lake Shore( 4-1)-  Another Great win this time against James Weldon. They’ll take on Jeff Davis this week.
  9. Landon(2-2)- If they want to wi ntheir region and make it to the playoffs. this game against Twin Lakes is a must win for them.
  10. Ribault (4-1)- Ribault made a statement against Northwesterm last week with a 60 point performance ( Yes ..in football ). They bump Stillwell who had a lack luster performance once again, albeit in a winning effort. But not good enough for our top 10 power rankings. Ribault gets back in the top 10 for the first time since week #2.
