Bolles- The Jackson Tigers remember their loss to Bolles just two weeks ago, when the Bulldogs dominated them with their size and power. This time the Tigers came out focused and fired up, ready to pull out the upset. These district foes battled in the Regional Semifinals going back and forth in a highly competitive contest. After one period it was 11-10 Jackson. They were able to extend the lead to five midway through the 2nd quarter signifying to everyone in attendance that this game would be a close one all the way to the end.

Bolles did not panic, playing sound fundamental basketball in the second half. In the fourth, Bolles took a three point lead and then clamped down the defense. Jackson had several opportunities to tie the game or win the game after cutting it to just a two point lead on a free throw. But Bolles would challenge the Jackson layup as time expired, squeezing out the win for the Bulldogs.
