“With the 528th overall pick of the 2016 MLB Draft, the Cincinnati Reds select J.C Flowers, outfielder Trinity Christian Jacksonville Florida”. That’s what this talented local athlete heard last week, when he was drafted into the Major Leagues. Flowers finished his high school baseball career as one of the key players on the Trinity Christian Conquerors Baseball team, a squad that made a deep run into the playoffs this year. Flowers won a championship with the team last year. Check out the interview with J.C as he talks about the feelings of being drafted and what makes his game special.
