We have reached the midway point of the season, only a few weeks left in the regular season. As teams make their final push towards making the playoffs.

I will break down each local district and tell you who is good shape, who needs help and who can already prepare for the 2017 season.

From 8A to 1A we have you covered with district breakdowns, telling you who is playoff bound and who is nearly packing up their equipment.

Midway report

Contenders: Bartram Trail (2-0), Buchholz (1-0)

Bubble: Oakleaf (1-1), Creekside (0-1)

Life support: Fleming Island (0-2)

Eliminated: No one

Outlook: The top two teams Buchholz and Bartram Trail meet this week in Julington Creek, with the winner taking control of 3-7A.  One thing we know for sure is the loser of Creekside and Fleming Island is eliminated.  Oakleaf takes the week off  and is sitting in a good position, just waiting to see what happens. The Knights would benefit greatly from Bartram Trail beating Buchholz, as Buchholz beat them earlier.
