Thursday night in Duval featured many district contests in High School football. Here’s the run down from High School Football on Thursday.
West Nassau-14 at Raines-40
-The Vikings have run through their district games which means the playoffs are a reality for them. A district title is a reality as well!
Arlington Country Day-0 at Nease-35
-Nease absolutely dominated this contest. There were no let down by Nease after their one point emotional win last week versus Matanzas.
Creekside-14 at St Augustine-49
-St. Augustine bounced back nicely after the loss to Clay a few weeks ago. The Yellow Jackets will be district winners and playoff bound again.
Ribault-18 at Paxon-7
– Ribault and Paxon had a district battle to severe the three way tie. Paxon went up early, but the Trojans pulled away late. Ribalt controls their own destiny from here own out.
Wolfson-0 at Westside-31
-Westside rebounded nicely this week after falling to Ribault last week. They’ll need help, but the district is still a possibility.
Orange Park-21 at Terry Parker-6
-Terry Parker’s horrific season continues after losing to Orange Park. The Raiders of Orange Park are took care of business across town.
Columbia-56 at Lee-10
-Columbia had to take it out on someone after their showing versus Ed White two weeks ago. Lee happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time…
Trinity Christian-48 at Warner Christian-0
-Trinity absolutely demolished Warner Christian, setting the stage for district matchups against Providence.
