Oceanway- Grandpark repeated as Junior Varsity City Champions as they defeated Sweetwater 12-7 Wednesday evening. Grandpark defeated Westside last year to win the title in the then Junior Midget division which is now Junior Varsity. Grandpark went undefeated in 2016 .
The Vikings have an incredible offense that’s averaged 30 points a game in five of their contests. They’re only struggle was against the always tough rival Sweetwater. But even Sweetwater couldnt get anything going versus Grandpark.

Grandpark has a very good defense. They only gave up 6 points during the regular season. In the championship game they only yielded 7 points to Sweetwater. It is a unit that will now lead them into the regional playoffs.
