We have reached the finale of the boys basketball season with district tournaments beginning this week Feb 6-10 at various sites around the area.
The top two teams from each district move on to the playoffs so its all about survive and advance now.
Can Providence, Creekside, Ribault, Parker or anybody else make it to Lakeland and bring home an elusive state title?
The Road to Lakeland starts this week with winning the district tournament and clinching home court.

Outlook
St. Francis (16-6) coached by Billy Donovan Jr., son of former Gator coach and now Oklahoma City Thunder coach Billy Donovan has had a phenomenal year and heavily favored to take one of the two playoffs spots along with Trinity Christian (17-8). Don’t count out Lake Mary Prep (14-8) or Halifax (18-7) though who both have solid seasons as well. St. Johns (6-11) is the dark horse here with no pressure.
