Jacksonville FL- Stanton is a program that has been on the rise the last few years. Since taking over the job in 2016, Head Coach Michael Healey has installed a new system on and off the field. Fundamentals and execution are the foundation of the system, and in front of their spirited fans, the Blue Devils exemplified the excellence of execution.
Stanton scored 36 points in two quarters, and twenty two unanswered points resulting in a 50-12 route of Jackson. Stanton scored the first two touchdowns of the game when big Jorden Webster rumbled into the end zone to put them up 6-0 at the end of the first quarter. Andrew Snelson was up next for Stanton, scoring in style on an acrobatic catch and run to put the Blue Devils up 14-0.

Jackson would get on the board in the second quarter thanks to a Rashard Newsome touchdown to make it 14-6. It was a great effort by the Tigers, who displayed toughness and heart in the game, yet that would be the closest they would get on this night.

As Stanton began its thirty six point barrage. Running back Warren Day was the main culprit for the onslaught of offense. He scored in the second quarter to make it 20-6. And after another Jorden Webster touchdown to make it 28-6, it was Day that ruled the night with a big time run of 65 yards to put the game out of reach. Day finished the night with 9 carries for 210 yards rushing and two touchdowns.

Playmaker Artis Maddox went down swinging for Jackson when he scored late in the third quarter. However Stanton would add two more scores on the night, including one by Dyllon Rhodes to end the game and move to 3-0 on the season. For Stanton, it is their first 3-0 start in recent memory and they have already matched their win total for all of last season. It has the entire city taking notice.
