Christ’s Church Middle improved to 4-0 on their football season with a 26-22 victory over rival Seven Rivers Thursday evening. Head Coach Robbie Brown has done a magnificent job once again guiding the Eagles to a four win season. Their 8th grade leaders have led the way to a successful season so far. Players like Hayden Brown RB/MLB, Tyler Otts WR/CB, Rowan Collins C, WR/CB Jonathan Lorbeer and Kyler DeGRange have kept the team together.
Standouts like quarterback Jacob Dennie and halfback Carter Lundquist have kept the offense clicking this year. Their ability to outscore opponents this year has been a tremendous asset to the team. Special teams is another area that has the Eagles obtaining an advantage over other teams. It’s an exciting time for a team with such great promise and potential.
Christ Church will play their final regular season game against Zepherhills Christian next week to solidify a top spot in the SSAC playoffs.
