We release our 2017 All-Area football teams beginning this week, our All-Area teams are split up into small school and large school teams to give more kids due recognition.
Our large school teams (Class 5A-8A) consists of players from Sandalwood, Mandarin, Lee, Columbia, Fletcher, First Coast, Atlantic Coast, Bartram Trail, Fleming Island, Creekside, Oakleaf, St. Augustine, Nease, Ed White, Middleburg, Englewood, Ribault, Yulee, Stanton, Paxon, Suwannee, Bolles, Trinity, Ponte Vedra, Bishop Kenny, Parker, Westside, Baker County, Clay, Menendez, Ridgeview, Palatka and Orange Park.
Our All-Area teams are all about production and not about recruiting rankings or offers on the table. You don’t produce you don’t make our teams.

Why: Munder was a tackling machine with 105 tackles, averaging 10 tackles a game

Why: 46 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, 9 sacks in only 8 games

Why: Statistically speaking he didn’t have a great year but what you saw on the field was mind blowing with 12 total touchdowns, 25 tackles, two interceptions, 33.8 punt average and 2 special teams touchdowns
Jarrett Stepp, Ponte Vedra, Sr., ATH
Why: Two way standout had 26 tackles, 2 interceptions and 9 pass breakups, while also hauling in 29 catches for 532 yards and 9 touchdowns

Why: 42 yard kickoff average, 62/66 PAT, 6/9 FG
