University Christian (11-4)
UC gained a 43-34 win over St. Joseph Academy to be crowned district champions. Coach Kayla Kelley has done a wonderful job with this group of players. Glenisha Harkless and Nigeria Harkless have been groomed for big time basketball, so the state tournament is exactly where they and the Christians belong. They face Maclay in the first round.

St. Joseph Academy (10-8)
Coach Sherri Nowatzki and the Flashes won a big game against Providence to punch their ticket to the playoffs. Coming up just short against UC, St. Joseph is a team that knows their potential and is looking to win more big games in the tournament. Their first challenge will be against P.K Young.
