Youth Story of the Year: No. 8 Jax Magic

FORT LAUDERDALE – It was an exciting summer for a group of young kids last season. The Jacksonville Magic 2024 youth basketball 11-under team capped off an amazing season with a top ten finish at the AAU Nationals.

The Magic finished the Police Athletic League regular season undefeated at 10-0, outscoring its opponents 373-172 along the way.

After winning the state championship, the team qualified for the 2017 AAU Nationals in August held in Fort Lauderdale, where they finished seventh in the nation in the Division II tournament.
