DayNeshia Banks or as she likes to be referred to as Dey Dey, is one of those rare players found every leap year. On a team full of players who would be the focal points of other teams, Banks is the focal point of the team. All she does is score points. If your ever looking for her, you can find her in the paint setting up shop. Virtually unstoppable with her back to the basket, Banks possesses the size, quickness and technique to serve buckets all day long. She is the Boss! Banks scored double digits in each game of the tournament which most times consisted of her playing just two and a half periods, as the Lady Trojans led big at halftime in their games. Her finest game was against Raines as she completely dominated the paint scoring 10 unanswered points to jump start them to a 26 point lead in the first half. Banks can also apply pressure on defense as she forced several turnovers during full court press situations all tournament. Truly a once every leap year player.
