Duval Sports 2018 Big School First Team All-Area Offensive Team

It was another historic year for the First Coast area this past fall as the area crowned two state champions this season including back-to-back state titles for Raines and a first ever state title for Mandarin.

We honor those players that stood out in the 2018 season from Honorable Mention to First Team selections, as we release our 2018 All-Area team over the next week. Without further ado here is our 2018 All-Area Big School First Team Offensive team.

Big School All-Area team is comprised of Class 5A-8A players from: Mandarin, Sandalwood, Palm Coast, Atlantic Coast, Columbia, First Coast, Fletcher, Bartram Trail, Creekside, Fleming Island, Oakleaf, Ed White, Middleburg, Nease, St. Augustine, Paxon, Ribault, Stanton, Suwannee, Yulee, Bishop Kenny, Bolles, Ponte Vedra, Terry Parker, Trinity, Westside, Baker County, Clay, Menendez and Orange Park.

Carson Beck

QB – Carson Beck, Jr., Mandarin
209 of 356 for 3,546 yards, 39 touchdowns, 8 interceptions, ran for 2 touchdowns in 14 games.

QB – Jacory Jordan, So., Trinity
148 of 252 for 2,385 yards, 27 touchdowns, 6 interceptions in 14 games.

QB – Jordan Smith, Jr., Columbia
195 of 320 for 3,046 yards, 33 touchdowns, 10 interceptions, 445 rushing and 7 touchdowns in 11 games.

Keyshawn King

2,017 yards and 30 touchdowns on 249 carries, 1 receiving touchdown, 1 passing touchdown

2,325 yards and 28 touchdowns on 222 carries, 3 receiving touchdowns

62 receptions for 1.084 yards (17.5 y.p.c.) and 11 touchdowns, 1116 All-Purpose yards

WR- Jack Goodrich, So., Creekside
39 catches for 1,021 yards (26.2 y.p.c.) and 11 touchdowns

OL – Zac Bedenbaugh, Sr., Columbia
50 pancake blocks, paved way for high scoring Tiger offense

OL – Jalen Rivers, Jr., Oakleaf

Best blocker on Mustangs team full of offensive weapons

Huge reason why Trinity was highly successful on offense
