T’s Top 10: Duval Sports Girl’s Basketball Rankings Week Dec 20th

  1. Bolles (9-2) – took a 10 point loss to a top team down in Daytona and continuing their tough schedule over the holiday break at a large tournament in Atlanta
  2. Bishop Kenny (7-5) – took their 2md loss in 4 games, this one in overtime. They are also headed to Atlanta for the Shes Got Game Tournament
  3. Raines (13-1) – Raines beat Sandalwood at home by almost 20 to keep their spot at #3
  4. Ribault (11-4) – on a two game win streak and a dominant performance on the road against Middleburg
  5. University Christian (11-0) – the only undefeated team in the county, facing their toughest competition of the season at the Clay High Basketball Tournament 
  6. Creekside (9-1) – this is the team to beat in St. John’s County, their only loss of the year came early in the season against Middleburg
  7. Sandalwood (8-4) – looking to see how well they bounce backs from the loss this week against Raines in the Florida Prospects Tournament
  8. Middleburg (6-4) – had to drop the Broncos down 2 spots, they are on a 3 game losing streak and will face quality teams at the Florida Prospects Tournament 
  9. Mandarin (8-2) this young squad continues to amaze me, probably the most consistent team in the top ten
  10. St. Augustine (8-2) – after debuting them in the top 10 last week they beat rival Pedro Menendez but dropped two in a row against Creekside and Nease
