Several teams in classifications 2A through 4A advanced to the next round of the state volleyball playoffs. Teams have taken ultimate precautions to ensure the safety of players and coaches during the pandemic. This has contributed to volleyball teams not experiencing Covid-19 outbreaks on teams.
REGION 4A-1
Bishop Kenny (18-8) defeats Baker County (10-8)
25-11, 25-13, 25-12.
Allison Cavanaugh led Kenny with 11 kills, Bailey Chin (4), Tina Nika (4),and Alexis Chin led with 4 aces a piece. Nika led the team with 16 digs.
Ashley Holten and her Wildcats bow out Blakely Mallory led the team with 139 kills and 89 digs on the season. Allyson Crossland with 33 aces and 67 blocks on the season.

Yulee (16-5) defeats Raines (3-10)
25-11, 25-12, 25-3.
Christina Jackson has led Yulee with 269 kills , and 26 blocks on the season. Caroline Brackens has led the team with 213 digs and 60 aces.
Seniors like Najah Howard, and Kennedy Hill of Raines can tout a playoff appearance as an accomplishment for the Lady Vikings.

REGION 4A–3
Lake Highland (12-4) Prep defeats Menendez (10-12)
25-15, 25-13, 25-10.
Mya Wood 10 kills, and Karsyn Dickenson 19 digs led Lake Highland Prep over Menendez . Alexa Conroy led the Falcons with 127 kills and 194 digs. Ella Bailey 16 blocks, and 37 aces on the season as Menendez exits the playoffs.
REGION 3A–1
Florida High (10-5) defeats Providence (9-4)
25-14, 25-23, 25-21.
Gray Miller (12) kills (175 season), and Lindsay Gamling (12) digs led Providence in their defeat. Lexa Patania led the team with 289 digs on the season.
Pensacola Catholic (15-2) defeats Episcopal (9-4)
25-8, 25-13, 25-16.
Galloway 8, Holliman 8, aces for Pensacola. Knox Greene 10 (172 digs for the season for Episcopal. Pensacola’s Galloway 4 kills. Episcopal’s Kami Eppley led with 95 kills for the team and Cate Hale led with 31 aces on the season.
REGION 2A-1
Christ’s Church (12-6) defeats Meadowbrook(8-9)
25-13, 25-12, 25-12
Nadia Mortenson 10 kills, Emma Casie 4 aces, and Lydia Mortenson (10) digs, led Christ’s Church over Meadowbrook.

St. Johns Country Day(16-1) defeats Ocala St. John Lutheran (14-6)
25-22, 25-22, 24-26, 25-15
Maddie Moody (14) and Lauryn Mateo (13) kills led the lady Spartans to victory. Josie Dinkins 4 aces, and Katie Jacobs 25 digs powered the red hot Lady Spartans on the night.
