Bolles HS- On the final play of the game, a screen pass to St. Augustine running back Devonte Lyons reached mid-field before Bolles linebacker Jack Pyburn (Minnesota commit) made a bone crushing hit, stopping the play in it’s tracks to end any hope of a St. Augustine comeback. Pyburn and the Bolles defense turned up the pressure late in the game when he blitzed off the edge, combining with teammate Hayden Swartz (Nebraska commit) to strip sack St. Augustine quarterback Trevon Dirden resulting in a recovery for Bolles.
