It was raining runs at Jackson Thursday evening as Ed White dominated Jackson on the baseball diamond. Jackson actually scored first in the second inning and led 1-0 going into the 3rd. But the Commanders scored 8 unanswered runs in the 3rd inning alone to put the game out of reach. Connor Aspinwall a freshman for Ed White knocked in a 3 run home run , but he was far from a one man show. Ed White’s entire ball club took turns connecting with the bats, as Linder, Griffin, Freitas, and Dugger, brought in run after run. Jatari Brookins was one of four Jackson Tigers to score for the home team, but is wasn’t enough. Ed White scored 17 runs by the 5th inning to end it in a forfeit.
