The way that the first round goes depicts how the Jags draft in round two. Swapping picks with Oakland because of the same record, they pick #4 and choose the Duke. With Melvin Gordon and Todd Gurley already gone, the Cats need to secure a top RB quick. Johnson is that guy. Ideally the Jags may want to go with a bigger back, but on film Johnson plays much bigger than his physical measurables. He’s quick yet explosive, powering through arm tackles and cuts on a dime. What stood out most to me was his great vision when running between the tackles, even though he is a smaller back. He’s compared to C.J Spiller by NFL.com draft scout Lance Zerlein. If you have a chance to draft C.J Spiller in the 2nd round you do it.
