Jake Guarnera is a big time offensive line prospect that is hard to find. At 6’4 and nearly 300lbs, the multi-sport athlete excels in track and field (Shot-put, discus) and plays basketball. He was a district champion as a sophomore in the shot (50’6” ), and has tossed a personal-best of 58’2.5″. As the LT at Ponte Verda, he led a offensive line that averaged 174.6 rushing yards per game his junior year. As a senior, Jake registered 24 pancake blocks, aiding his team to rush for over 2,000 yards and pass for over 2300 yards.
Guarnera signed with Michigan in December 2023.Father, Jim, played defensive line at Rutgers (1991-95), attended 1996 training camp with the San Francisco 49ers
