Spring Football Recap: Raines at Trinity

Scores of spectators and scouts converged on the campus of Trinity Christian Academy to see two of the best programs in the city. The Trinity Christian Conquerors hosted the Raines Vikings in a half of football. The second half was devoted to player development and JV.

A very competitive, high flying affair ended with Trinity winning the first half 14-7. Trinity showed that they don’t regroup after championships, they simply reload. They have some very talented players on their team that will prove to be difference makers in the fall. Raines is also stocked with talent at the skill positions, and in the trenches. They will be formidable opponents for everyone on their schedule this fall.
