Chris Arias

The 6’6 guard from Providence is the engine that gets the best team in Northeast Florida going. His pace and decision making is elite, understanding game situations and scenarios in highly competitive atmospheres. Not just a mental tactician on the court, Arias also uses his sheer athleticisim to elevate over defenders, while also deploying an arsenal of moves off the dribble to lose defenders. 

With offers from  IONA, UF, UCF, LSU, SMU, Appalachian State University, and ETSU, Arias chose to stay home committing to Jacksonville University (JU) in November of 2022. JU is getting a quite an accomplished player, including an AAU SE Elite 3SSB selection (9th-11th grades). A Pangos All-American Top 20 Player (2022′), and Top 30 Player (2023′) selection. Arias is also an exclusive invite to the 2023 Pangos Premier 80 in Long Beach, California, and the NCAA Basketball Academy in Memphis ,TN. As a 2022-2023 Duval Sports All-Area Boys Basketball player, look for him to add to his list of accomplishments as one of the top basketball players of his class in 2024 in the state.
