High School: Middleburg
College: Uncommitted
The hard working, and hard nosed Kendric O’Neal is an old school type of football player that creates plays with collisions. At fullback, he is the most important piece of the Middleburg ground and pound offense, opening holes as the lead blocker. O’Neal also has been rewarded with carries, rushing for 50 yards and a touchdown. The junior also plays linebacker, and special teams, showing intense effort in each role he’s relied upon by coaches. O’Neal blocked a potential game winning field goal in Middleburg’s most signature win of the season agains rival Clay.
O’Neal is a genuine football player that will add depth and reliability to a collegiate program. He was the defensive MVP on junior varsity. He’s started since his freshman year as a 6th quarter player. He’s previously played Kicker (9th), Running Back (9th), Outside Linebacker (10th,11th), and Nose (11th-12th). Kendric was named All District Honorable Mention last year.
