Biography

The #1 receiver on arguably the #1 team in Northeast Florida last year was Carl Jenkins Jr of St. Augustine. The rising senior went over the century mark in receiving yards with 1,172yds with 15 TDs. Amazingly, Jenkins was able to do this with a stacked receiving core at St. Augustine, with three other receivers who amassed over 500 yards through the air. The dynamic playmaker was explosive in ways no other receiver was able to match in 2023, helping to lead his team all the way to the state championship game.

Jenkins committed to the University of Central Florida this summer, staying close to home to pursue his college career. In 2024, Jenkins has 285 yards receiving and 2 TDs in four games.
