5-star wide receiver Jaime Ffrench amassed 671 yards and scored 5 TDs his sophomore season. He was the clear #1 wideout on Mandarin’s explosive offense. He headed into his junior season, as an University of Alabama commit and the highest rated wide receiver from Northeast Florida in the modern ratings era. Yet, Ffrench would decommit from Bama. Ffrench wouldn’t wait until December signing day to make his decision as he committed to Texas August 30th 2024
Ffrench is a natural route runner, able to cut on a dime to create separation for his quarterback. He also can turn on the jets and fly past defenders or go up and get the football on jump balls. The 6’1, 185 lbs play maker, helped Mandarin vie for a championship in 2023, leading them all the way to the state championship game. Ffrench finished with 1,247 yards, and 14 TDs his junior season.
